Digital Content and Purchases Because all content is delivered digitally and often consumed immediately, all sales are generally final. This applies to: In-game currency and resources Character skins, costumes, and upgrades Premium passes and event bundles Any downloadable content (DLC) Refund Eligibility Refunds may be considered only under limited conditions: Accidental purchases that remain unused. Technical problems preventing delivery or access to purchased items. Duplicate charges or transaction errors. To be eligible for a refund, you must: Submit your refund request within 48 hours of purchase. Provide proof of purchase along with a clear explanation. Confirm that the purchased items have not been used or redeemed. Refund Exclusions Refunds will not be provided for: Items already used or consumed during gameplay.
